We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Data Archiving & Surveillance to join our team. As a Senior Manager, Data Archiving & Surveillance, you will be assisting GTS IT team to support Trader Voice, and Compliance Voice Recording and Communication Surveillance platforms and associated technologies. In this role you will: Accountabilities Respond to Business requirements to engineer appropriate solution Engineer reliable and cost-effective solutions to effectively address business and technology needs Work with Regulatory Business Initiatives group, Internal Controls Group, SI&D Service Management leads and Vendors to define the scope, intake and building of integrations with various communication platforms, support Scenario development and automation of testing Assure adherence to BNS technical and security standards and engineering best practices Work with vendors and internal partners to get appropriate reviews and approvals for the solutions being developed Assist in developing test strategies and plans related to the subject solutions Provide engineering support for project deployment and operational teams in implementing new solutions and feature Assist Day 2 and operational Support team with escalations Complexity of the Position Knowledge of compliance policies relative to the trading businesses Knowledge of trading practices and workflows relative to the trading businesses Development and assistance in Deployment and Testing of Trader Voice and Compliance Voice recording systems, assurance of capture completeness Daily use of REST API functionality, networking, network and data security, operating systems and scripting skills Understanding of Artificial intelligence and Natural language processing is a plus Vendor Relationship, Internal business and technology stakeholders Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: Expert in SIP and telecommunication technologies Trader and/or Enterprise Voice technology experience is a plus Voice and text communication recording technology experience is a plus Text and Voice Communication surveillance technology experience is a plus Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language processing for unstructured data. Exposure to AI and NLP in structured data is good to have Expert in scripting (Python, PowerShell and other languages and platforms). Willing to learn quickly even if not exposed to scripting Good understanding of electronic communication technology: voice, video, text, email and enabling platforms: identity management, analytics and monitoring, API-based integration and capture/recording Understanding of a pure and hybrid SaaS architecture and integrations between SaaS and on-premise infrastructure. (One FTE should have the capability to architect or engineer new data source feeds and work with business and architecture boards for approval) Prior exposure to IPC, Cloud9, Webex, MS Teams, Verbs/VFC, Nice, Verint, Smarsh, Behavox, Shield, SteelEye, Global Relay are is a good to have Prior exposure to mobile application management in a corporate environment is a good to have Expert Spanish (written and spoken) skills along with English to support Latin American partners, is a plus Understanding of electronic communication regulatory and compliance requirements across USA, Canada, England, Ireland, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Brazil and few regions in Asia Pacific is a plus What's in it for you?
