Since you will be the first and last point of contact, customer service, and attention to detail must be present at all times.

*Skills and Qualifications*
* one or more years recent experience in a clinical, aesthetic, surgical or medical spa (Preferred)
* Fluent in English and mandarin is required
* Experience in customer service (Preferred)
* Strong commitment to excellent customer service and client care.
* Ability to multi-task; work independently and as a team; and pro-active.
*Responsibilities:*
* Monitor and reply Wechat, answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages and managing appointments for our team, check out clients after each appointment.
* Daily communication of information to team leads and management.
* Provide a professional and friendly environment, follow up with clients.
* Managing social media posts on WeChat, rednote and instagram.
* asssist clients with filling the consent form, take before and after photos,
* Help maintain a clean environment in clinic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

* Bonus pay
* Commission pay
