*Matrix Mechanical is hiring an experienced Red Seal Plumber to join our team.* We?re looking for a licensed, experienced plumber who?s confident handling residential and light commercial service work, leading installs, and mentoring apprentices on-site. This is a hands-on role with a balance of independent jobs and collaborative work alongside other trades ? including HVAC, electrical, and gas. You?ll be responsible for getting jobs done right: safely, professionally, and up to code. If you take pride in solving problems, working clean, and teaching others along the way, we?d love to have you on the team. *What the Role Looks Like* You?ll be working on a range of service, retrofit, and light commercial projects across Saint John and surrounding areas. Your day-to-day will include: * Leading plumbing installs on bathrooms, kitchens, mechanical rooms, and retrofits * Diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, drainage, waterlines, and fixtures * Mentoring apprentices and junior techs in layout, installation, and troubleshooting * Coordinating with HVAC, electrical, and gas team members when jobs overlap * Communicating clearly with customers and internal office staff * Using a tablet (ServiceTitan) to manage notes, parts, and job documentation * Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional worksite * Participating in the scheduled on-call rotation (shared across the team) *What We?re Looking For* * Licensed Red Seal Plumber (Journeyperson ?
