*Overview*
Aarti Financing, a division of the Aarti Group of Companies, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented *Business Development Manager* to join our growing mortgage financing team. Based in Vaughan, ON, this role will focus on identifying new broker partnerships, sourcing high-quality deals, and driving portfolio growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in the mortgage industry, an Ontario Mortgage Agent or Broker License, and a passion for building strategic business relationships.
*Responsibilities*
* Identify and secure new business opportunities by networking with mortgage brokers, real estate professionals, and referral partners
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers, providing a professional and responsive experience
* Develop and execute a territory business plan to expand market reach and maximize funding volume
* Track broker performance metrics such as submission volume, funding ratios, and conversion rates
* Leverage marketing strategies and tools to promote Aarti Financing?s competitive offerings
* Work cross-functionally with underwriting, funding, and operations to ensure efficient deal processing
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
* Organize and manage weekly touchpoints, outreach activities, and follow-ups with key broker contacts
*Qualifications*
* *Ontario Mortgage Agent or Broker License (required)*
* 2?5+ years of experience in private lending, mortgage sales, or business development in financial services
* Existing network of active mortgage brokers in Ontario is a strong asset
* Proven ability to close deals and grow a sales territory independently
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously
* Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking and performance reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
