Your ContributionAs a Supervisor, you will work in collaboration with the Field Services management and support team. Your main responsibilities will be: Supervise a team of Tank Testing Technicians and act as the first point of contact for technical questions and issues; In collaboration with the Scheduling Coordinators, provide support in planning, investigating, executing and reviewing activities and field work; Respond to telephone, email and in-person inquiries from technicians, fuel analysts and clients; Perform general administrative and record keeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation, preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes; Review and comment on field reports and quality control; Visit client sites to perform Task Observations and Planned Job Observations and to report on progress; Conduct training sessions for technicians; Review and approve hours and expenses; Provide feedback and input into performance reviews; Continued field work is required; Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules. Your Profile Previous field experience related to Tank testing; Technical training and certification related to Tank testing; Extensive knowledge of compliance testing procedures for Tank testing; Extensive knowledge of quality control protocols for tank failing procedures; Extensive knowledge of how a gas station operates; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Good knowledge of RETS and PIMS programs; Strong understanding of document management; Excellent English language skills, oral and written; Bilingual (English/French) is an asset; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Detail oriented; Maintain a valid PM1/2 and driver's license.
