The Opportunity:Company, Department: Nova Scotia Power, Corporate Accounting Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia Closing Date: May 30, 2025 We are currently looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team in a permanent position. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting you are a key member of the Nova Scotia Power Finance team, and you will be responsible for providing financial analysis to influence business decisions across the organization and work with various departments within the organization. Key elements of this role include::Supporting the month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close processes to ensure financial results are complete and accurate. Preparation or review of various month-end balance sheet account reconciliations. Completion of internal control procedures. Processing of affiliate transactions- LocationHalifax, NS
