Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Weeding. Fertilize and spray crops. Harvest crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Perform general farm duties. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Judgement. Quick learner. Experience: Will train. Supports for visible minorities: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities. Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.).
