*Responsibilities*
* Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste.
* Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
* Help ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
* Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall restaurant operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
* Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel promptly.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with basic food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness in the kitchen setting.
