Are you passionate about agriculture and committed to helping growers succeed? We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Central Butte. In this role, you will work closely with growers, developing and executing plans based on sound agronomic advice. Living and working in Central Butte means you can enjoy the serenity of small-town life while still being close to essential amenities and recreational opportunities. Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with growers and industry representativesProvide customer support and expert advice on crop nutrition, crop protection, and other relevant products and servicesDevelop business plans with farm customers and execute/adapt those plans throughout the growing season.Anticipate the needs of a changing producerAssist with the management and delivery of crop nutrition products, seed, and crop protection products and services.Working with the sales and administration team to manage customer accounts Required QualificationsExperience in Ag retail, Agronomy, Sales, Precision Ag/or related fieldDegree or Diploma in Agronomy or closely aligned field – P. Ag. or CCA is preferredExcellent time management skills and strong work ethicCommitted to learning and keeping up with new technologies and agronomic practicesExcellent computer skills with the ability to use MS Office SuiteWork in a high speed changing industry and adapt to changesValid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver abstract At Hawk’s Agro, a JGL company, we value our employees, and know our business thrives when you do.
