We are seeking a *Construction Project Manager* to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of building construction projects, *from handover from the design team to completion*. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time and within budget, and will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

*What you will do:*
* Develop and implement construction plans, outlining the scope and resource requirements needed to achieve the project budget and schedule.
* Collaborate with designers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of information.
* In collaboration with the dedicated Site Superintendent and Safety teams, ensure that construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
* Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Analyze monthly financial, contracts and design information to reliably forecast project progress against budget and schedule.
* Anticipate risks of construction delay and implement strategies to keep the project on track.
* Implement proactive measures to address unforeseen challenges and minimize disruptions.
* In coordination with the Contracts Administrator, review and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
*Your experience & abilities*
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager for building construction projects, ideally in the senior care living space.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Must be flexible and a team player.
