*We're Hiring: Studio Manager (Full-Time) ? Spokehaüs, Toronto*
Spokehaus isn?t just a spin studio ? we?re a movement. A place where community, energy, and transformation collide. And now, we?re looking for a *Studio Manager* to help lead the charge.
We need someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with heart, and knows how to balance big-picture thinking with daily execution. You?ll be the glue between our front-of-house team, instructors, and clients ? keeping operations smooth and the vibe strong.
*What You'll Be Doing*
* Overseeing daily studio operations ? managing schedules, supplies, and client needs
* Leading and supporting our incredible front desk team (hiring, training, managing)
* Working closely with the owner, brand manager, and head trainer on initiatives, events, and programming
* Jumping in when needed ? problem solving, handling client concerns, keeping things running smoothly
* Maintaining studio standards: clean, calm, and ready to welcome
*What We?re Looking For*
* 1?3+ years experience in a management or leadership role (fitness or hospitality preferred)
* A natural leader who?s organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
* Someone who thrives on community ? you?re people-first, always
* Able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
* Comfort with studio systems (Mindbody or similar a plus!)

Pay: $23.53-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 ? 45 per week
