Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team.
Looking for 20 plus years of experience.
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with accounting software, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Sage.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial data
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and financial records
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide support for audits by gathering necessary documentation and answering inquiries
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage.
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
