We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Manager to join our organisation and partnership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and scaling the sales team in a brand new office of their choice.

*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
* Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
* Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
* Promote open sales positions through platforms like Indeed and others; manage the recruitment process including interviews and onboarding of new sales representatives.
* Lead daily meetings to communicate critical updates from partners, such as new offers or process changes.
* Ensure high sales quality by maintaining top-level KPI performance and minimizing complaints and infractions.
* Support business expansion by mentoring team members into leadership roles, including Assistant Manager and assisting in the opening of new offices.
* Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and customer interactions
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in business development, technical sales, account management, and negotiation
* Field Sales experience
* Managing and coaching a sales teams in the field.
* Experience in hiring procress.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
* Experience in technology sales ( Sales force)
