*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for loading and unloading goods.
* Accurately pick orders based on customer requests and prepare them for shipment.
* Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely to move products within the warehouse.
* Build and package orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
* Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with order picking processes and order fulfillment systems is a plus.
* Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or similar machinery is beneficial.
* Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
* Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
