Hebert Grain Ventures is a progressive large scale farming operation located at Fairlight, SK(SE 14-11-32 W1). We are looking for a dedicated cook to join our team on a busy farm in Saskatchewan! This cook position requires independent operation, with no additional staff available to assist with kitchen duties.This role is essential in keeping our farm workers fueled and ready for their day. Since we are a family farm, the successful candidate will need to be a particularly good team player. This position is permanent and requires good communication skills in English and skilled experience in catering on demand. English test results required. We are looking for someone with at least two to three years experience cooking in different styles and cuisine, everything from traditional Canadian classics to Internation-inspired dishes. Someone who is hard-working, organized, creative, and passionate about food. You will be able to work in a high-pressure, high-turnover environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player and able to work unsurprised. You will also be able to work on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Responsibilities:Running errands for farm staff.
