Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Resolve conflict situations. Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
