The ideal candidate will be proficient in a wide range of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling. They should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service. *Responsibilities*: * Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling, according to client preferences and style trends. * Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable hairstyles * Maintain sanitation, cleanliness and organisation of workstations, equipment, and the store to ensure a hygienic environment for clients. * Stay updated on current hairstyle trends and techniques to provide innovative and personalised services. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding customer service and attention to detail. *Requirements:* * Proven 1+ year experience as a Barber, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise. * Proficiency in barbering techniques and styles, including fades, tapers, and classic cuts. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with clients including kids, in a friendly and professional manner. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional grooming services. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality. * Straight Razor skills are preferred *Benefits*: * Competitive salary with opportunities for commission and tips. * Flexible scheduling options to accommodate work-life balance. * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills. * Collaborative and supportive work environment with a team of passionate professionals. * Potential for career growth and advancement within the company.
