We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. Your role involves providing prompt and courteous service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and collaborating with other team members to exceed customer expectations.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Guest Interaction*:
* Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
* Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations based on guests? preferences.
* Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring any dietary restrictions or allergies are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
* *Order Management*:
* Enter orders promptly into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with service standards.
* Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and address any issues promptly.
* *Preparation and Cleanliness*:
* Set up dining areas before service, including arranging tables, refilling condiments, and ensuring cleanliness.
* Clear tables promptly and maintain a tidy and organized environment throughout the shift.
* *Team Collaboration*:
* Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service.
* Assist with restocking supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and glassware.
* *Upselling and Billing*:
* Suggest additional menu items to enhance the dining experience.
* Prepare accurate bills and process payments efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$17.25 per hour
