*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy delicious and safe meals while adhering to food safety standards. MUST HAVE 5 YEARS PREVIOUS BREAKFAST COOKING EXPERIENCE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MINIMUM 5 YEARS BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WE WILL NOT LOOK AT YOUR RESUME . *Duties* * Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. * Must be able to cook breakfast items in a timely but quick fashion . * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment. * Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. * Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation * Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. *Requirements* * Proven experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen is highly valued.
