Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Pub. Tasks: Clean bar area and wash glassware. Serve food or snacks. Provide recommendations on drink selections. Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages. Operate cash register. Operate video lottery terminal. Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. Serve food and beverages. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. Provide customer service. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Serving It Right Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system.
