Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Coffee shop. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Supervise staff. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Organize and maintain inventory. Set staff work schedules. Monitor staff performance . Evaluate daily operations . Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Standing for extended periods. Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks.
