As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while achieving sales targets. *Responsibilities* * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. * Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to facilitate smooth transactions. * Communicate effectively with customers, providing information on promotions and products. * Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professional etiquette. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction. * locking and unlocking the store in mornings/evenings. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail or technical sales is preferred but not required. * Must be 19 years of age to work in a vape store * Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation. * Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. * Proficient in using POS systems or willingness to learn new technology quickly. * Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with customers effectively. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
