Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Identify clients' financial goals and objectives. Supervise staff. Analyze clients' financial records. Develop financial plans for clients. Underwrite new issues of stocks and bonds. Negotiate with corporations and government to determine the type and terms of new securities issue. Prepare offering prospectus for new issues of stocks and bonds. Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office.
