*Position:* Junior Accountant *Reports to:* Controller and VP Finance & CFO *Location:* 2485 Speers Road, Oakville *Summary* Mancor Industries is a world class precision manufacturer of metal components and sub-assemblies that use metal cutting, forming, machining, welding, assembly and paint. We use state-of-the-art machining and fabrication techniques in a lean, self-directed work team manufacturing environment to produce high value-added, cost-effective products for our strategic partners. We are looking for a Junior Accountant to work in the Finance and Accounting Department. Reporting to the Controller and VP Finance & CFO. This position plays a crucial role in the financial health of the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions. *Responsibilities:* · Accounts payable and accounts receivable · GL reconciliations including bank reconciliation · Prepare financial reports, statements and analysis for corporate office *Education & Qualifications* · Currently pursuing or recently completed diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. · Excellent communication skills- fluency in speaking, reading and writing English is a must. · Proficiency in MS Office products · Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with external partners · Must be organized and able to balance multiple priorities appropriately · Must be goal-focused and committed to completing tasks · Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability · Detail-orientated, highly motivated, patient and diligent *Salary and Benefits* · Salary: CAD 45,000 ?
