*Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, hardworking construction worker to join our team. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks on the jobsites. This position requires you to meet at the crew truck in St. Thomas and depending on job location, being gone for extended stays. Meals and rooms will be provided when staying away from home.

*Responsibilities:*
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
*Skills:*
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
Ability to work well in a team environment
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Good communication skills to follow instructions effectively
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks performed
Ability to adapt to changing work environments and tasks
Accurately read a tape measure
Ability to work at heights
Ability to operate mobile equipment
