We specialize in the timely and safe delivery of produce and fresh and frozen food products across North America, ensuring that our customers receive their goods in perfect condition. *Summary* We are currently seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team at McConnell Transport Ltd. This role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to quality service and timely deliveries. In this position, you will be responsible for transport fresh, frozen and dry good throughout the Maritimes. *Responsibilities* * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. * Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel use, and delivery times as required by regulations. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding pick-up and delivery schedules * Adhere to all traffic laws, hours-of service, and company policies * Shunt work from the ports to various locations in the Maritimes *Requirements* * Valid commercial driver's license with air brake endorsement * Proven 2 year's experience as a truck driver * Clean driver's abstract * Clean criminal search * Strong time management skills To learn more about the position or to apply, please email us at: *drivers@mcconnelltransport.com* or call us at *506-324-3300*.
