Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Non-smoking. Work setting: Employer's home. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Tasks: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Bathe, dress and feed infants and children. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development. Prepare and serve nutritious meals. Supervise and care for children. Tend to emotional well-being of children. Target audience: Supervise and care for multi-aged group of children. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
