Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Design and integrate website related code. Determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance. Develop website architecture. Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements. Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation. Write, modify and test website related code. Prepare mock-ups and storyboards. Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery. Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the Website. Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware. Create and optimize content for Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software. Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches. Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products. Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls. Resolve conflict situations. Usability testing. Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality. Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests. Computer and technology knowledge: HTML. JavaScript. CSS.
