Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre. Tasks: Clean and maintain office, supply area or warehouse. Maintain records on inventory control system. Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials. Ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment. Store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area. Unpack goods received. Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents. Pack goods to be shipped. Maintain internal record-keeping system. Arrange for billing for services. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Client focus. Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills.
