Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Direct and control daily operations . Direct staff. Evaluate daily operations . Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Manage contracts. Hire, train and supervise staff. Provide customer service. Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
