*Summary*
We are seeking 4 skilled and reliable Renovation/Construction Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of trades, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Projects may include residential and/or commercial renovations, general construction, and property upgrades.
*Salary commensurate with experience*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, painting, and finishing work
* Assist in the construction and renovation of residential and/or commercial spaces
* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
* Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
* Ensure job site cleanliness and safety at all times
* Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other crew members
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
*Assets:*
* Proficiency in a variety of trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, etc.)
* Strong understanding of construction safety procedures
* Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
* Reliable transportation and valid driver?s license
* Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends if needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week
