*Front End Loader Operator* *A & L Auto Recyclers ? Lakeshore, ON* *Full-Time | $25.00 per hour* *Job Overview:* A & L Auto Recyclers is seeking an experienced and reliable *Front End Loader Operator* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, relevant experience with heavy equipment, and the ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment. *Key Responsibilities:* *Equipment Operation & Maintenance:* * Perform daily pre-inspections and record results * Conduct basic preventative maintenance (e.g., greasing) * Operate loader to move, pile, or organize materials safely and efficiently * Follow hand signals and voice instructions to coordinate with team members * Exercise good judgment in load handling and equipment/material placement *Worksite Responsibilities:* * Ensure all piles are safely stacked to avoid hazards * Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas * Clean heavy equipment as per schedule * Accurately complete daily paperwork, including delivery slips and scale tickets * Follow directions from Dispatch and perform other duties as assigned *Requirements:* * Minimum *3 years of experience* operating heavy equipment * Ability to work independently and adapt to changing tasks * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions * Physically capable of moderate to heavy lifting, bending, standing, shoveling, etc. * Good spatial awareness and judgment * Must have own transportation * English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) *Compensation & Benefits:* * *Pay:* $25.00/hour * *Additional Pay:* Overtime pay * *Benefits:* * Dental care * Extended health care *Schedule:* * 8-hour shifts * Day shift * Overtime as required *Language Requirement:* * English (preferred) * French not required *Work Location:* In person ? *Lakeshore, ON* *Apply Now* to join a growing team in a dynamic and essential industry!
