*Job Title:* Industrial Painter ? Custom Fans & Blowers We are a manufacturer of custom industrial fans and blowers, currently seeking a skilled *Industrial Painter* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial or automotive painting and a strong attention to detail. *Key Responsibilities:* * Prepare metal surfaces for painting (sanding, grinding, masking, cleaning) * Mix and apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray equipment (air or airless) * Follow all safety and environmental protocols for materials handling and disposal * Inspect painted surfaces for quality, coverage, and finish * Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean and safe * Read and interpret production drawings and work orders * Work with the production team to meet project deadlines *Qualifications:* * Experience in industrial or automotive spray painting preferred * Knowledge of paint types and spray techniques * Ability to follow PPE and safety procedures * Strong attention to detail; able to work independently * Physically fit; able to stand, bend, and lift in a shop environment *Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):* * Experience painting HVAC components, heavy equipment, or fabricated metal parts * Familiarity with industrial surface prep techniques Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Paid time off * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
