We are currently seeking a *Licensed Millwright (433A)* to join our dynamic maintenance team at our waste management facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for a dedicated and safety-focused professional who is comfortable working in an industrial environment involving waste processing equipment and systems. *Key Responsibilities* * Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery, including conveyors, compactors, shredders, pumps, and hydraulic systems. * Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency and minimal downtime. * Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and parts usage. * Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize and complete repairs in a timely and safe manner. * Comply with all safety protocols, procedures, and environmental regulations. * Participate in ongoing training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. *Qualifications* * Valid *Ontario 433A Millwright License* (mandatory). * 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. * Experience working with industrial waste, recycling, or environmental equipment is an asset. * Comfortable working in a waste processing facility; strong sense of hygiene, safety, and professionalism. * Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or within a team. * Must be able to work rotating shifts and be available for overtime or emergency call-ins as needed. *What We Offer* * Competitive hourly wage. * Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision. * Retirement savings plan and company-matched RRSP. * Opportunities for training and professional development. * Stable, long-term employment with a growing company committed to sustainability. *Apply today and become part of a team making a difference in environmental sustainability and industrial innovation.* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40.00-$41.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Millwright: 5 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * 433A license (preferred) Work Location: In person
