- Supports the Operational Evaluation and Continuous Improvement team by developing and executing programs focused on testing, evaluating operational performance, capabilities, and exercise activities related to the EEP.- Leads the design, conduct, analysis, and reporting of security exercises involving multiple internal and external partners including but not limited to other government departments, law enforcement, and protection services. - Provides expert advice on evaluation methodologies, assesses operational readiness, identifies gaps, and recommends improvements to enhance compliance, effectiveness, and long-term operational excellence.- LocationOttawa, ON
