This is an ideal opportunity for an agent who knows how to get business, has the grit and drive to grow, and wants to plug into our robust systems with both qualified leads and the freedom to bring in and earn more on your own deals! *What We Bring to the Table:* * An all-encompassing support team including a Head of Operations, a Full-Time Client Care Coordinator, and Full-Time Marketing Coordinator. * High-quality, ready-to-act leads so you can focus on converting. * Favourable splits for both team-provided deals and your own business, with higher earnings on self-generated deals. * Performance-based split increases with stronger earning potential on commission benchmarks. * Coaching, mentorship, and training directly from a high-producing, nationally ranked Realtor. * A strong brand presence and reputation across the Toronto and GTA market. * Accountability systems that keep you focused, supported, and on track toward your goals. *What You Bring to the Table:* * You bring a minimum of 3-4 years of experience working independently or on a team transacting in resale real estate . * You have a proven track record earning at least $100k in GCI from transacting in resale real estate, ideally over the last two consecutive years. * You?re driven, professional, and aligned with our team?s values. * You?re a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment. * You live in the GTA and have experience working in both the GTA and Toronto neighbourhoods. * You?re excited about growth and love being part of a high-performing team. * You will work out of our office at Shops @ Don Mills. * You hold a valid RECO license and have a reliable vehicle. _Please note that all income is 100% commission-based. _ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00-$400,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Application question(s): * How many years have you worked in real estate? * What city/town do you live in?
