*Job Summary:*
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong work ethic that helps keep everything running smoothly.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Order Fulfillment:* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
* *Inventory Management:* Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; track and maintain inventory levels.
* *Shipping & Receiving:* Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including labeling, documentation, and quality checks.
* *Warehouse Organization:* Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe; manage the storage of products to maximize space and efficiency.
* *Equipment Operation:* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
* *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with team members to meet daily goals and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
* *Safety Compliance:* Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols; report any hazards or safety concerns to management.
* *Assembly Experience:* Basic Furniture assembly experience is considered an asset.
* *Other Duties as Assigned:* Performing other tasks and responsibilities as required by management to support the overall operations of the company.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
* Basic math skills and attention to detail.
* Furniture Assembling experience preferred but not required.
* Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
* Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training can be provided).

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
