The Global Wealth Management Technology (GWMT) team is responsible for developing and modernizing the technology that powers the Global Wealth Management business lines. GWMT consists of departments with high performing agile teams working closely together to deliver, support, and maintain the many applications and ecosystems within Global Wealth. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business System Analyst to join our team in delivering an ambitious program to implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud across multiple countries. Is this role right for you? In this role you will:Experience leading discovery sessions with multiple Business and Technology stakeholders to elicit and capture business requirements and processes. Including the definition of user personas, epics, user stories and user acceptance criteria.Effectively communicate with business functions, analysis, development, and quality assurance teams to align technology solutions with business needs. Have a keen attention to detail to ensure high quality of systems being developed and deployed. Ability to design elegant solutions for highly complex problems that can include changes to Technology as well as changes to existing Business processes.Strong expertise in gap analysis, root cause assessments, business process mapping, process flow diagrams, data mapping and data analysisHands on experience with SQL scriptingProficiency with Agile practices such as backlog grooming, Scrum and Kanban based delivery, task definition, story splitting, etc. Support delivery manager, scrum master and product owner in planning, scoping and impact analysisPossess a customer focused mindset to provide reliable and timely production supportSupport the quality assurance team in creating, reviewing and executing test plans and test casesMust have at least 5 years of experience as a business analystDemonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
