Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Establish work schedules and procedures. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Prepare and submit reports. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
