Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Pharmacy or drugstore. Tasks: Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products. Help with scheduling and workflow. Bill third party insurers. Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams. Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products. Perform general clerical duties. Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments. Organize and maintain inventory. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail.
