*Overview* We?re hiring *experienced Window Cleaners* for the spring and summer season. This role is for cleaners with prior experience who can consistently deliver high-quality work at a strong pace. Most of our work is residential homes and low-rise commercial buildings. We focus on clean results, satisfied customers , and leaving every job looking noticeably better than when we arrived. *Duties* * Clean exterior and interior windows using professional techniques (squeegee, water-fed pole systems, etc.) * Work safely on ladders and rooftops (second and third story) * Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high standards * Perform gutter cleaning, install gutter guards, and clean siding when needed * Communicate professionally with clients and leave a strong impression on-site * Help generate 5 star google reviews * Maintain equipment and work areas in good condition *Requirements* * *2?5 seasons of window cleaning experience strongly preferred* * Strong squeegee technique and attention to detail * Able to maintain speed without sacrificing quality * Comfortable working at heights and outdoors all day * Physically fit and able to handle full days of labour * Valid driver?s license preferred * Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting location *What We Value* * Clean, streak-free results every time * Efficient pace and strong output on each job * Positive, respectful interaction with customers * Work that naturally leads to 5-star reviews *Why Join Us?* * $25?$30/hr for experienced cleaners * Full-time hours through the season * Opportunities to take on more responsibility as the season progresses * Tips on top of hourly pay * Bonus incentives tied to 5-star reviews Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Contract length: 6 months Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Experience: * Window cleaning: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Ottawa, ON
