*Job Overview* We are seeking a professional and attentive Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to guest satisfaction. *Duties* * Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including verifying billing and posting charges accurately * Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy * Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing excellent customer service * Manage front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and guest requests * Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and prepare reports for management review * Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours * Address guest concerns or issues efficiently, escalating as necessary to management * Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating guest information *Qualifications* * Prior experience in hotel front desk or hospitality roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus * Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests * Knowledge of guest services procedures and hospitality standards * Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail * Strong organizational skills and proficiency with basic computer applications * Flexibility to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays as needed This role is essential in delivering seamless guest experiences while ensuring operational accuracy during the night shift.
