*About the Role* Breathe Interiors is a residential home improvement company based in Etobicoke, serving homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include interior design, painting, and property improvement projects. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to take full ownership of our painting production operations. This is not a painter position. This is an operations and client management role for someone with a strong trade background who is ready to lead multiple painting crews in the field. If you have 5 to 10 years of painting experience, you know how to manage clients and crews, and you are ready to run jobs rather than just work them, we want to hear from you. *What You Will Do* * Receive job packages including contracts, scope of work, colour selections, and client details * Contact clients to schedule their project start at least two weeks in advance * Confirm all project details with clients one to two business days before work begins * Arrive at each job site every morning to walk through the contract with the client, confirm colours, and get the crew started * Return to each site at end of day to review progress and check in with the client * Purchase paints and materials using the company credit card and stay within job budgets * Keep every crew fully supplied to avoid delays or downtime * Manage your own schedule across multiple active crews simultaneously * Maintain a high standard of client communication and satisfaction throughout every project * Collect final payment from clients upon job completion * Track all jobs, purchases, and activity using company systems *What We Are Looking For* * 5 to 10 years of hands-on painting experience, residential preferred * Experience leading or supervising crew members in the field * Strong communication skills with both clients and tradespeople * Ability to manage multiple active jobs and priorities at the same time * Professional and personable ? you represent our company directly to every client * Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle * Comfortable using a smartphone and willing to learn job tracking systems * Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision * High standard of integrity and personal accountability *Compensation* This is a commission-based independent contractor role. Your rate increases as your annual production grows, and you are eligible for one-time milestone bonuses at key production thresholds. *Commission tiers based on cumulative annual production:* * $0 to $175,000: 7% * $175,001 to $350,000: 8% * $350,001 and above: 9% *Milestone bonuses paid when each threshold is individually reached:* * $350,000 in production: $1,000 bonus * $600,000 in production: $1,500 bonus * $750,000 in production: $2,000 bonus A Production Manager running two crews in a typical season can expect to earn between $26,000 and $35,000 in commission. At three to four crews with strong production, total earnings can exceed $65,000. Commissions are paid bi-weekly based on collected revenue. *What a Typical Day Looks Like* You are not stationed on a single site all day. You are managing multiple sites. Here is a general picture of your day when running two active crews: * Morning: Visit each crew site, walk through the contract with the client, confirm colours, get the team started * Midday: Purchase any needed materials, respond to client or crew questions, update job tracking, plan the next day * End of day: Return to each site, review the day's work, address any client concerns, confirm next steps * Weekly: Review upcoming job schedules, confirm client contacts, manage material supply for new starts This is a full-time commitment in terms of availability and responsibility, but it is structured around results, not hours on a single site. *About Breathe Interiors* Breathe Interiors is a residential home improvement company based in Etobicoke.
