At AirPro, we manage all Integrated Support Services (ISS) activities?encompassing engineering, logistics, maintenance, IT systems, infrastructure, and material support?throughout the entire product lifecycle. Our dedicated team ensures that Canada's state-of-the-art search and rescue aircraft are always mission-ready, performing at their peak when it matters most.In this role, you will be the Fleet Management Specialist playing a key part in ensuring the delivery and maintenance of the C295 fleet and the effective planning, coordination, and oversight of fleet maintenance and sustainment activities across Canada. This includes managing aircraft stagger schedules, forecasting maintenance requirements, ensuring material and equipment availability, and overseeing MRO induction and operations. Your work will directly support the operational readiness and reliability of the RCAFs aircraft fleet. Your work will help ensure every aircraft is equipped to launch when the call comes, because in SAR, every second counts.Duties and Responsibilities: Generation and maintenance of the aircraft fleet stagger managementMonitor and tracking of lifted items on the aircraftForecasting scheduled maintenance across the different Main Operating BasesReview material and Support & Test Equipment requirements for scheduled maintenance and ensure availabilityConduct of the Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO) Induction planning conferenceOversight of the MRO operations and readiness for aircraft acceptanceParticipate in focus discussions related to Fleet Management and the maintenance programOther Duties as assigned.Qualifications and skills: Completion of a bachelor's degree or diploma focused on engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum of 3 years' experience in the aerospace industryMinimum of 3 years' experience in the execution and management of aircraft maintenanceKnowledge of aircraft maintenance practices is considered an assetA strong level of operational knowledge in MS ExcelKnowledge of MS Project for planning/scheduling purposesHighly developed written and verbal communication skillsWhat we offer: Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceDefined Contribution Pension PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanPersonal travel privileges with PAL and interline agreements with other airlinesEmployee Tuition Assistance ProgramEmployee and Family Assistance Program A hybrid working model (50/50), allowing for a minimum of 50% of your time in the office and up to 50% working from homeJoin Us on This Meaningful Journey!This is a rare chance to contribute directly to a mission of national significance.
