*Job Overview* We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and familiarity with various warehouse management systems. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and accuracy are paramount. *Responsibilities* * Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently * Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and timely * Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments and maintaining inventory records * Conduct heavy lifting of materials and products as required, adhering to safety protocols * Support manufacturing processes related to warehouse distribution and construction projects when necessary * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety guidelines and procedures * Assist with load & unload activities for incoming and outgoing shipments *Requirements* * Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment * Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklift. Willing to be Forklift certified. * Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently * Knowledge of order picker operation and packaging procedures * Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and safety standards * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This Warehouse Associate position is integral to our logistics operations and offers an engaging opportunity for individuals with relevant experience in warehouse management systems, heavy equipment operation, and distribution processes.
