Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions
  • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

Supervision

  • 5-10 people

Credentials

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses 

  • Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers)
