Wakaw/Cudworth Were looking for a motivated team-player who is member-service focused to come on board as a permanent full-time Financial Services Representative at our Cudworth and Wakaw branches. Travel is required for this role. As the first point of contact for our members, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members immediate needs. Through conversations, you will get to know our members, and assist them in reaching their financial goals. How youll be spending your time Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much moreProactively identifying and responding to members needs to empower members to achieve what matters to themLearning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basisUncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationshipsAdhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry The way people describe you An engaging person, who builds trust and working relationships with easeA team player who takes pride in serving our members and creating exceptional experiencesA reliable individual that shows up for themselves and the teamA communicator, who takes a genuine interest in people and is good at listeningA detail oriented individual who is meticulous in their work and values accuracy The experience you bring High School DiplomaExperience in providing customer serviceExperience in cash handling- Location Wakaw, SK
