The first 30days while training we could do hourly or commission what ever is greater * Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities * 100 percent commission based Responsibilities: - Market and sell used vehicles to potential customers - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers - Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with sales support team to meet sales targets - Maintain a clean and organized showroom Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred - Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base - Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts - Proven track record in sales or outside sales is advantageous - Excellent organizational and time management skills If you are passionate about cars, enjoy working with people, and have a drive for sales success, we encourage you to apply for this position.
