*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and presentation. *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards * Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace * Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times * Assist with inventory management and stock rotation * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service * Participate in menu planning and development as needed *Skills* * Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods * Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures * Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues * Familiarity with meal preparation and serving techniques * A passion for the food industry and commitment to continuous learning Positions Available * Line Cook (3) ?
