*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in meal preparation, food handling, and ensuring food safety standards are met while working collaboratively with kitchen staff to provide a memorable dining experience for our guests. *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients * Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils and workstations * Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and sanitation standards * Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders * Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure customer satisfaction and safety *Qualifications* * Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods * Familiarity with food handling and safety protocols in the food industry * Strong understanding of meal preparation and food presentation standards * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting * Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on serving guests with professionalism and care * Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation is a plus Join our team as a Line Cook if you are passionate about culinary arts, committed to high standards of food safety, and eager to contribute to an exceptional dining experience.
